Gently melt the fat in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Remove from heat, and stir your filling into the melted fat until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the containers, making sure the string sticks out the top. Refrigerate for at least an hour until hardened.
